b18b1 vs b18A
b18b1=142hp
b18A=130hp
where are these 12 more hp, is it Cam, intake manifold, bore ...?
cause i got an extra b18b1 head( cam, valve etc...) at home and we would like to put in on my friend 1990 Gs teg, we were wondering if the head will give him these 12 hp!?

its acually
90-91 b18a1 130hp& 126tq
92-93 b18a1 140hp&128tq
94+ b18b1 142hp&128tq
^^^i think thats right.
but the extra power comes from the intake manifold and and slightly more aggresive cams

Compression on both motors is 9.2:1.
Differences are the cams, ports, and manifolds.
