can anyone tell me where this line goes on the sohc vtec.

it comes from the top left on the intake manifold right almost against the head

if you stand right over the motor , look at the intake manifold, look all the way to the left side of it and youll see a hose coming out,

WHERE DOES IT GO?

i did my swap last night and im stumped... even though i did about 8 swaps before this. somehting is wrong here.

it should turn around and go right into the block. if im not mistaking

 

it goes into some what off an oil catch tank under the IM.. it is plastic. put the hose down the hole in the IM and plug it in to the left.

 

it runs to the carbon canister located next to the battery. its black and plastic. it redirects hydro carbon vapor back into the IM from the fuel tank and crank case to lower emissions. its part of your evaporative emissions control

 

but then why do i have antifreeze coming out of it??? i plugged it up with a bolt for now.

 

Is it near the dizzy at all, like behind it a little. Is it a long hose? Maybe it goes to your heater core on the firewall?

 

it might go to the FITV.

 

i dont know,, anyone have a pic of that area with the hose connected?
