Default Rider in Hospital, my sister in jail???!!!

When i got home tonight my mom tells me, laura (my sister) is in jail so im like WTF?! shes 28 and has 2 kids, not the kind of person that goes to jail. At around 11:45PM a deputy from the Police dept called and said that she will be her soon, that had to take her in for questioning on assault charges. well at about 12:30 AM she came by to pick up her kids and to explain what happened.

her and her BF were up in some area were this guy was testing out a Dirt Bike that he bought for his son as a present. 3 other guys that her bf knew were also up there drunk. The guy with the bike was nice enough to let them try it out. my sister left soon after they began to beat the guy because he said he had to go home to his wife and they wanted to keep riding. when my sister went in for Q: they took the helmet he had on, set it on a big piece of paper wail blood dripped out. The guy got transferred to a bigger hospital about 50 miles away where he is currently fighting for his life.

I don't even know the guy and i feel for him, i was going to go to sleep but i don't even want to. does hearing stuff like you **** you off as much as it does me? I just don't understand how someone could go that far, a fight what ever. but so bad that his head was bleeding through his helmet? what did the rest of him look like?

I don't get it either....

You sister must be friggen strong to get blood to come out of a helmet.

Can I have the cliff notes version?

Oh, I get it. You live in redneck land.

Cliff notes:

Sister goes to pick up BF

BF was with "other friends"

"Some guy" let "Other friends" ride dirtbike

"Other friends" were Drunk

"Some guy" had to go home, thus need to pack up dirtbike

"Other friends" didn't like that, so they beat "Some Guy" with a helmet

Sister goes to jail for assault

Get it?

If your sister dates guys like this, she's obviously got problems.

I live in Tennessee and idiots like that aren't common here. There's a special breed of people that do these things. I usually call them dumbasses.

A few days in jail might have made her think a bit more about better choosing the people she associates with.

People get paid lots of money to sit behind desks and decipher this kind writing.

On a much more serious note I've got to say that that's really terrible. I'm not one to walk away from a fight, not one to start one for that matter, either, but you can sure as hell bet that if I, or any of my friends, got into a scuffle it wouldn't turn into an uneven matchup.

People hide behind weapons and attitudes, they group together and develop a mob mentality - dehumanizing the whole experience. If you're going to throw fists then you'd better be ready to look that person in the eyes and see his pain. It's not just a knock-down, lights-out thing. Too many people don't look at it that way; there's no honor in the way they fight.

If you know the guy that got hurt than I think you owe it to him to make things 'right' with the dirtbags that put him where he is now. You do decide what's right.

Alcohol and two wheeled vehicles will only prove Darwin right.

On a side note, your sister and her BF really need to reconsider the type of people they hand around with.

wait, so did your sister's BF actually participated in the fighting? Sorry, still trying to decipher the message. But still, that's fu*kin' messed up. Your sister shouldn't be in jail, at least not for any charges; the other ******** should.
