yes some ebay turbo kits are good.

Most of them that are sold for cheap are most likely ss auto chrome(ssac) yes they are cheap and the have a reputation for the manifolds cracking. but there have been a few people that have braced the turbo and mandifold good and havent had any problems.

Usally you should go by the statement "You get what you pay for" but not everyone has a baller status so i say order the kit if you want

I have had good and bad luck with SS stuff.
First off, you get what you pay for. Not the best quality but if you are smart enoug and do things right their stuff will actually work. Don't expect anything from them to work 100% right out of the box. Most of the stuff they sell needs adjustment or modification of some sort so keep that in mind. I bought a turbo kit from them. I braced the manifold with extra steel braces, supported the down pipe and no cracking whatsoever.
NEVER hang the entire weight of the turbo+waste gate+down pipe on a SSautochrome manifold. It will not last long.

I've got an SSAC T3 and manifold and intercooler. The manifold did crack on mine. I bought it used. I had it welded on the inside and out. I also had the old brace that bolts to the bottom of the stock manifold modified to this down pipe to keep it from cracking again. I had some bracing under the oil pan where the stock manifold was braced, but it flexed too much. As far as the Turbo goes. I drove to Amellia, Virginia. Suberb of Richmond. 1086 miles to my buddies house, and another 1086 miles back to my house. Put some lock tight on all of the bolts before you bolt it up. As far as the intercooler goes, if you coast down a pretty good hill at about 70 mph, the temp gauge will go all the way down. I would say that it is cooling pretty good. I drove for 3 hours in the rain last night and the temp gauge only went up about a quarter inch or less. I drove pretty hard the last hour (the rain let up), and it stayed the same. A lot of people down them a lot. Only one person has proof, his turbo came apart. Yes, their manifolds will crack if you do not brace them correctly. Turbo is good. I'm not running 20psi so the intercooler works great.

to SSAC

You can piece together a kit for about the same price, that's what I plan to do down the road.
