outside door handle swap?

outside door handle swap?
are there any outside door handles that can swap on to my 90 crx, with no work or very little work.....maybe the 92 civic style or del sol? maybe off something completely different? anyone ever do this? any pics?

Anything in the same year or around should work, I know you can use like some of the wagons and have no key holes if you would like.
