looks pretty good, just try and run your bead longer without stopping. i usually hold three to four rods at a time, that way i dont have to stop even to pick up filler rod.

I just tack 5 or 6 filler rods together so i don't have to hold them together.

yea, that's me on evolutionm.net. while i built the intercooler to fit my civic, it also fits on my evo. they just don't know it's going on my civic first, so i can make this race in the beginning of april.
evidentally, a lot of those guys on that board think that us honda owners don't know how to work on cars.
i'm still have a lot beginner bad habits. i still use my wrists to feed the rod instead of my fingers. another reason why i stop is because my torch is only aircooled.
yea yea excuses
see i got a long way to go

i gotta go to the shop and see what gauge aluminum it is. one thing to note is that it isn't 6061, which isn't suitable for bending. i think its a 5000 series, exactly what i forgot.
i finished fabbing the rest of my intercooler pipes yesterday night i'll post some pics later.
