Default have exedy racing clutch now, looking for something closer to stock on b16a

i have a b16a I/H/E in my daily driver that will occasionally see the strip.
i put an exedy full face organic racing clutch on my Y1. after a year i just don't like the heavy pressure plate and i want something closer to stock.
this is the one that i have now.

is there any stock one better than the other? will it slip? will it still take some abuse?

I have a clutchmasters stage 1 and it is nice. The pressure plate is not heavy at all but it has held up and does not slip after 2+ years and 20,000 miles of daily driving and some racing.

i have the same clutch & PP / transmission / chassis

you just need to give your clutch cable some attention.. that clutch/PP set should be pleasant to operate when set up properly.. even when compared to stock

ya i did that thing on the link and it did help a little.

how hard is your pp? would you compare it to the gas pedal pressure?

another problem i have is that if i set it so its soft then as i drive around for about 30 minutes it won't go in gear, so i tighten it, but then it gets hard. the way it is now it is hard and engages at the top at first but after is warms up it gets a little softer and engages toward the bottom.
right now it is very notchy (maybe short shifter?) but if i tighten it up the bearing will be pressed again the flywheel constantly.
actually when the engine is cold it will not down shift into 2nd until the car warms up. it doesn't grind, it just won't let me put it into second unless i really force it.
