Default Balance shaft woes

So my girlfriends 94 accord was running all shades of fuctup. I pulled the top timing cover and found the belt to be extremely loose and a tooth or so off. I replaced the timing belt and balance shaft belt. Im pretty sure i set the balance shaft timing off about a tooth but i couldnt get it any better than it was. STUPID ME. I decided to say screw it and threw it all back together. I started the car and it runs strong and doesnt ping anymore but it does shake. The engine feels like its wobbling so im assuming that the balance shaft must be the problem. Would being off 1 tooth or so be the problem? Anyone run into anything similar.

Thanks HT guys...

I hate cars....
