ok my buddy doesnt post here but he asked me to do it. so he has a em1 and hes going to have 9000 dollars to spend in his car in april.

his question is to do k20R or turbo the b16 un rice the car (its riced out) back to stock,
recaros srd seats, ctr steering wheel, itr shift boot spoon guage cluster some volk wheels and maybe a cf hood.

if he does the k swap he will be the first to have one in alabama, but the car will still look the same, and its his daily driver also.

what whould you do if the em1 was yours?

 

This seems like something your friend should really figure out for himself, BUT..IMO I would build the B16, turbo it, and then go to town on the interior with whatevers left.

 

I'd do the k20r and just drive it rice. That is my opinion. My eg8 still has rice on the **** but I don't give a ****, I worry about my engine/suspension and my engine/suspension ONLY. I bought the car with some rice and that rice will stay until my motor is to the specs I want it. I still got altezzas, led washers, angel eye projectors, led m3 side mirrors LOL.

But like I said I bought the car like that and I don't give a **** who laughs at me, cause they stop laughing once they hear it and try to race me

Build and boost the B16...

 

Sell the car and buy an M3

 

with 9,000$, a boosted b16 will own all, 450whp easy
