H4???
This one will be hard to call because ITA drivers will be in and out of the series.
It's hard to bet against Boustani in any race he enters, but he might only do 1 or 2, so who knows. Same goes for Jasmund.
Nevertheless... here we go...

I'm a little rusty with the names ... is Alex Muresan the same Alex that ran in the November TT at CMP? Who ran mid-pack DSP times in a stock ITR with 205 Kumhos? 1 second slower than Giles and Starnes? Yeah, I think I'm voting for Alex ... Sorry Phat-S. I'm voting for Alex but rooting for you
That was Alex. If you didn't get a chance to chase him through turn 8... your loss.
But again, I don't know if he will do enough events to win a championship.

I voted for Alex because, frankly, he's the only one I know.
Plus, he's a very skilled Solo II'er and I've gotta cheer for the local Atlanta boy. Go Alex!

I have seen Alex on track and Scott on tape and in both cases, I need a cab and a bus to get there! Since Louis built my car . . . and he's built another . . . yeah raaaiiight - anyone who used to drive what? a R5 rally car - geez, just don't let him lap me. Dave I have heard is way fast as well. The others, I just look forward to meeting. Basically, I'm thinking that any of those 4 guys - provided they get to enough races will take it but I'll root for me too (thanks Mike).
Adam - who really hopes that guys like Scott, Alex and Louis show up to enough events to win so he can drive them nuts with "I'm sure I should know this already" CRX questions

I really wish we would be able to run more Honda Challenge events this year, but now we're really involved in Spec Miata with OPM. Louis won't even be running the local Pro-IT races this year in the CRX if we end up doing the whole season with OPM in the miata. As for me, on the very limited budget that a student/coop has to work with I can't commit to any more than SM races this year. We hope to make the April Honda Challenge event at CMP with me doing one race and Louis doing the other. Louis might also split the Lowes night event weekend with TB, but that's about it. We never ran at Lowes, so it will be a great time for them to learn the track in the "friendly" environment of the Honda Challenge.
Well I gave my vote for Louis simply because he is very fast driver in any car. He's able to go fast from the first lap he gets in a car. This is no doubt because of his previous six years of experience rallying all sorts of cars in all sorts of conditions. He has great car control and that was a real big plus for us last year when he had to exit the pits in the ECR on new cold tires. (He always drove the last sting, with me qualyfing and starting each race.) With a lot of track time since getting my license, I've also picked up speed and last year we were able to run an identical pace at every race weekend. (And this was a huge advantage that no other team had that we were competing against.) I'm guessing since the car was about 50+lbs lighter with me in it that's why I usually was marginally quicker by a couple of tenths at all the tracks we've been to last year, but Louis does have that great car control that will take me longer to learn. That's also why he can beat anyone in the rain.
I am very happy that I got to be teammates and drive with someone so good last year. We are hoping that our advantage of being able to keep up an indentically fast pace for a whole race will help us out in Spec Miata.
We look forward to meeting everyone in April!

We're still not sure how many H-C events we're going to make this year. We won't be doing Waterford anymore so we'll have some extra room in the schedule.
My biggest problem will be that these are ALL new tracks for me!!
Watch for my teammate Tracy Nine (2 time ARRC winner) to be running ITA this year too.

Actually, with the exception of CMP, they are all new to me as well.
I've never been to Lowes or Summit and I've never run the north course crossover at VIR (which I hear is extremely fun and extremely challenging to get right).
We'd love to see you guys trek to as many events as possible. We promise great racing, great friends, and uhhhh... entertainment (see multitudes of silly assed photos floating around this board, that doesn't even scratch the surface).
Scott, who damn well had better win at CMP, or he's in big trouble.

Looking at the names, I've just noticed a couple of things. First off, this looks to be a nice little spec CRX class, well almost.
Will be nice to see so many together on the track. Secondly, I just saw the name David Rhodes and having raced him once or twice before in a sarrc I have to say that he is very fast (2:22s at vir). The problem he seems to have had was to get to the end of the races without any mechanical problems. (I'm thinking of a David Rhodes driving a nice yellow CRX, but I could be just mistaking names here.)

Last year we had one race where ITA had it's own (45+ car) group.... I think there were over 20 CRX's and Civic's.

Alex, I keep telling you to drag that car of yours up to Mid-Ohio.
