There area few graphs on this forum I believe. Not sure if the ARC box is on one. The Mugen has seen gains of up to 7hp iirc.

I run the J's intake, it's blingy

just get a j's. functions the same as the arc arm

or a cool idea would be to use the arc arm with the apexi filter ( dunno if it fits or not but it's original and might look/work good! )

Show me a graph, I'd love to see it.

Umm that's an interesting combo. It looks good. I have found happiness with my Comptech intake and icebox though.

It also had the same result on my friends ITR, exactly 12 HP gain vs his ITR airbox and spoon filter. Believe me I was very disapointed, I just recieved the intake the day before from Mike at IPS and it cost me my left nut. Shaun Church said he gets the exact same result from evey intake he dyno compared to the AEM. IT looks 10x better than the AEM but the graph tells a different story.
-edit: I coulda easily made more (2-3hp) too if I woulda added fuel above 8200 -8900rpm. The wide band showed it was way too lean. Shaun offered to tune it to the AEM but since I dont own one I left it tuned to the J's

Were those runs done on the dyno, same day? This is amazing to me.

Do you have an ITR already?

If not, I'd worry about simply getting the car first.

yes, the motor was fully tuned to the Js intake but I thought I was a little low on power so I tried the AEM and that was my results

From the dyno runs I've seen/done the only place the AEM CAI makes a 12hp spike (if that) is from 3000-3300 RPM, It falls off very quickly.

Complete waste of money for the ARC, just use the stock Intake arm with the mugen box.
I speak from experience.

Interesting, why do you think my results were so much different then?
