Default 94 ex coupe throwing CEL 41 (primary oxygen sensor heater)

looking at buying this 94 ex coupe. only major problem is that its throwing a code 41 (primary oxygen sensor heater). i did a search and got some info but am still kind of confused. btw this car has a cat-back exhaust (apexi i believe) and a "hi flow cat".

ok so now my question:
how many o2 sensors are there on this car? 1 or 2? i saw the one on the header. is there a way to fix this problem without buying a new o2 sensor? i read that it could be a fuse or the wire. thanks.

k thats what i thought. the b series engines and newer d series have 1 o2 before the cat and 1 after as well correct? i was mainly concerned that since the previous owner put on a "hi flow" cat that he might have made it so that an o2 sensor was completely eliminated, which obviously isnt the case.

The stock o2 sensor is not cheap. Price it out and then have the seller adjust the selling price accordingly
