I have 2 of these wheels that I bought from this guy along time ago over 5 years ago that have some slicks on them and I want to get 2 more matching wheels to have another set of wheels now but dont know what brand or what these are called






as you can tell in that pic they are made in Taiwan not sure if that helps identify the wheels or not?

I dont think they are Racing Hart wheels honestly but maybe a rip off version of them?
