I'm not seeing a drain plug on the engine, only on the radiator.
Check out preludepower.com - 3rd gen's have a FAQ and online manual. I just looked for a minute and didn't see anything.
You can drain the radiator at the base of it, and then drain the engine through the lower rad hose.
