i live in Tennessee, i currently......had a LS but lost it due to a fire. so this time around im wanting to go with a jizzer. im wanting a 98-01 gsr. how much of a difference would there be? the ls wuz under my moms name who is 38 clean record. if u guy's have a general idea of how much it would be every 6 under her name PLEASE tell me! thanks

 

no one can answer this question for you!! the rate is based off of your personal info as well! just call your insurance company and ask how much it would be for that vehicle!

 

i would but their closed for good friday and they'll be closed until next wed. i have a guy selling a 99 and a 00 gsr both for 10,6 and before i go and buy them i would like to get a general idea of how much it would be because im going to be paying my moms insurance. is there any websites that would quote me?

Holy **** man! Thats insane!! I dont have a reckless, but do have about 8 other tickets on my record and pay 135 for full coverage a month. Maybe give farmers insurance a call!

 

yeah i have farmers also. and i even talked my parents into buying a gsr as long as i can find a great deal on a 98+ with low miles.

Yeah, with your moms good record, you shouldn't be paying much more than you did with the LS.

 

what would be a killer deal on a 98+ gsr??? i know it all depends on miles ect ect ect but throw around some #'s on a 98+ stock in imaculant cond.

It depends on (like you said) miles and condition, but mint condition and lower miles, I'd say a good deal would be 8500 or so. I bought a 98gsr back in 03 with low miles and not too many mods for 8000, but it needed some help.
