But, I have a feeling you're talking about the dust boot that Bilstein typically supplies to protect the strut rod:

You can install the Bilsteins with them torn and they'll work. The boots are only there to prevent contaminants from damaging/scouring the strut rod and possibly getting inside the body. But you probably want to fix them at some point or continually clean the strut rods.
http://www.bilstein.com or a dealer or go to a 4WD store and get something generic that fits.

Personally, unless I had the money for another set of shocks, I'd just hold off installing them until I got some new boots. Your old boots may fit, but you might have to jury rig something silly like duct taping them on if the old shocks are susbantially thicker than the new shocks. And that wouldn't last long with what I have to drive through...

Stock shocks have dust boots. There is probably no reason why you can't transfer them to your Bilstiens. The only issue is if the Bilsien rod is bigger than stock you will have to drill out the tops of the stock bbots. But that is easy as they are pretty thin.

Yeah, stock you should have something. On my CRX, the dust boot is almost entirely metal, not sure about other Honda/Acura's. But if the O.D. of the Bilstein body is larger than the I.D. of the stock boot that will be a problem too.
My OEM ones fit over Koni Sport's, all I had to do was Dremmel out the top hole for the larger strut rod as 00R101 mentioned.
You'll see when you go to install, but the OEM dust boot design utilizes a solid sleeve (basically a cylinder with one end open). So its not a virtually airtight seal like the rubber accordian boot that Bilstein uses. But it should work as long as it clears the strut body.

I have had good luck with these - PatrickGSR94 used them with his Koni/GC setup. They work best with 2.5ID springs, but I was able to fit them in my 60mm ID barrel shaped springs from my Koni sport coilovers. They don't work well with normal 60mm ID springs though.
Just cut and zip tie the ends to the shock body and bump rubbers. They are at Autozone for $6.99 I think. If you're just using regular springs with the Bilsteins and the diameter is similar to stock, you can use stock dust covers though, just dremel out the hole, and you could possibly cut a little off of the bottom if it bottoms out on it.

i might try one of those..but they look a bit short. im using ground controls with the bilstein. looks worth it for 7 bucks.
