Default oem fog light switch

hmm, this looks close enough to the "eletrical forum"....well, my oem fogs stopped workin out of no where. so i checked the fuse, its fine, the bulbs are fine becuase i hooked the lights upto straight power with out a switch and they work. so i came to the conclusion the switch is bad. does it come apart so i can see whats wrong with it or should i just buy a new switch, or what should i do? is there something that typically goes wrong with these switches.

oh, i tried hookin them up to just a toggle switch and they worked so im 99% sure the switch went bad some how.

Pretty easy to change the switch. You can get another OEM switch and just swap it out. It just unplugs from the harness, and I assume that it just snaps into the dash.

If you're handy with that kind of thing, be my guest. Crack it open. However, I don't know how much in there is replaceable (if anything)... I'd just replace it.
