Swap : H22a4 into 92 SI

Swap : H22a4 into 92 SI
1992 prelude SI
I am going from the original h23 motor to a 1998 USDM h22a4. Should I run a (92-95) P13 to avoid having to wire the extra sensors? I read somewhere that was the easiest and still same effect(hp).
Is the USDM h22 and the JDM H22 the same engine? If they are different how so?
I guess the esiest way to complete this swap woudl be to run everything from teh 98 but i dont have it all. I would prefer the most unconfusing route.
