Are those things quiet, or don't flow as well as a standard 3 in exhaust?

It is a 3" exhaust. 3" all the way through.

And no, it is not quiet, it is loud as hell.

its an e-cutout. Basically you put it on your downpipe and the exhaust will dump on the street rather than going all the through your exhaust.
