well finally got my rhd hatch, i'm still in the middle of building my integra, but i couldn't passthis deal up. Its a little rough right now, but just give me a few months. Not sure if you're on here, but thanks mark in FL

there wasa asian guy here who had a hatch just like that and was trying to sell it a while ago.. it was aa USDM hatch converted to RHD with firewall cutout..

i think it was originally from GA. Can you put me in touch with that guy somehow? It is a firewall cut. I'm goign to redo some of the stuff but for the most part its alright.

ill se i i can find out some mroe info from local people here.. i never knew him personally buti did se the car frequently near where i live... and i also saw it for sale on a local forum because the owneer supposedly was going over seas. or something liek that

i actually won that car on ebay but had to back out on it.. the guy didnt have any description on anything done to the car.. after i won he told me that the conversion was just done by cutting a whole through the firewall for the steering column instead of swapping the whole fierwall.. i have seen a couple done that way and in my opinion its just not done right. i'm sure that it works and everything but they took the easy way out and i didnt want to get into any of that. when the auction was still going every time i tried to talk to him he would always have to go and leave in the middle of all my questions.. the auction was coming to an end and i just went ahead and won it.. then all of a sudden he was online answering all my questions.. come to find out there was just too many things i wasnt happy with so i told him i couldnt get it.. he got all mad and left me bad feedback.. .. but what do you expect when the only thing said in the auction is shell with 5 lug conversion.. that is the only thing he said about it.. seems like a nice project though man.. i hope you have better luck with it than i did.. will be nice when its all finished.. i am curious as to what you payed for it though if you dont mind to pm me about it..

 

 

update time: I recieved the motor the other day (d15b 40k miles), got the t25, z6 IM and hf manifold, which i think i'm goign to sell and make an equal length for it so i can hide the turbo under the runners, which will be covered by a heat shield. The IC piping will run through the stock intake piping, BOV in the air box, IC painted black etc...

Its sanded down ready to be shot in flat black, still haven't decided if i want to do the satin clear coat or not. the 5 lugwas sacraficed for my integra, but it will recieve my integras susension, which is still better than stock.

I pulled the dash because of the wiring and now have everything working except the windshield wipers







Its turning out pretty good, all what i need is on the parts list is below other than that its good to go

-SAFC
-DSM 390s
-JDM drivers side under dash pannel
-integra SE rims/tires

 

looks like its coming along

i find it strange that just about half the people that sell their cars on the internet are selling for this exact same reason
