Default to fix the rear camber

http://www.geocities.com/kingmantis81/rearcamber.html

will this method work for the R?

mine doesn't look exactly like this, but will putting new washers work with our R's?

no problem, just a couple of things, make sure all of the washers are the same thickness, and use grade 10.9 bolts, look in the yellowpages under bolts and nuts for the nearest specialty place that has them, they are hard to find

Get your car aligned at a shop, don't "eyeball" your alignment.

okay thanks, i'll get those.

i will get an alignment soon.

lets say after i get an alignment, i put a camber kit on in the front, would i need another alignment after? and if i get an alignment now, and the camber is still there, will the camber eventually throw the alignment off? thanks

Pepboys carries grade 10.9 (metric) and Grade 8 (SAE) bolts, sometimes they're hidden in back tho.

Wow..... talk about dodgy brothers..... Replacing chemcially harded bolts with (from the look of 'em) just any old bolt. As for his aligment process....that could still be out way more the 0.2+/- degrees.
I can't belive how some bods think of that sort of thing as saving money. If he got an aligment straight after he lower-it he wouldn't have scrubbed out his tyres..... Now there is a saving.

30 is to short get 40, thats what i got, this will fix your camber, but it might throw off your toe so get an alignment after

don't listen to him, once you lower a honda the camber gets thrown of thats why you get a camber kit, you can't adjust it without one, the only thing you have fixed is the toe in-toe out

Default What about the JDM upper arms???

...a little off topic, but maybe more on point for some... The JDM ITR's get tubular upper arms that allow a good bit less negitive camber in the rear... I forget how much less... We "no driving" Americans get stamped uppers with more camber to help our "inablity to drive". Anyone know how much difference in camber the JDM arms produce? Several people on the board sell them for around $100 with bushings... a far peice off from this topic, but a bit nicer...
