Eventually, yes there will be adverse effects.
And depending on the current condition of your shocks, it could happen sooner or later.

Is this for an R?
If so I don't see the point, it's not any major upgrade for the money spent or the hassle involved.
And if it is for an R, and for looks, the Prokit doesn't drop it much if any further than stock iirc.

They'll fail.
And your ride as per performance and comfort will suffer accordingly.
Think very bouncy.

It totally depends on what you're looking for. Some people have run lowering springs like H&R's with no issues noticed. But who knows what they notice.
But over time there will be a shorter life expectancy for brand new stock springs with such a setup, not to mention stock springs with 60k miles on them.
For the ITR rear antisway bar, you'll need the Beaks or BSQ kit for installation.

I've run Pro-kits on stock springs and the ride wasn't too bad at all. By the time I sold the car, I had about 50k miles on them, with no problems. But if you don't want to take that chance of them blowing, even tokico blues (pretty cheap) mated to the Pro-kits will do fine. ITR sway is also an excellent upgrade, but it's been recommended that you do suspension upgrades first.

None at all. But unless you get an adjustable (ie Koni Yellows), I really don't see a point in doing so.
