Got off the freeway last night, head back to school, and shifted into 3rd (not beating it what so ever) and the shift linkage popped outa the tranny...my guess is its the pin broke/fell out...im in the northwestern side of ohio, and id like to get a cable dseries tranny that will last some time for me to rebuild this zc tranny...anyone know where a good yard is? or people around? need help on this one ASAP and super short on cash for the next week...

Update on the problem...the linkage isnt snapped...all that happened is im missing 2 peices, spring pin, and shift joint pin clip...how they came off i dont know, they are usually hell to get out when you want them too...anyone know the cause? happen to anyone?

Both the "spring pin" and the "shift joint pin clip" are missing...from the looks of it thats all that fell out...but i need to buy both of those, and not sure where to do so? Why would this happen? Usually they are a B*TCH to take apart...

oh ya, i can probably find you a hf tranny for cheap, i don't know it you'd want it or not.
