Default d15b7 timing belt help

i just got my car back from the shop to get the timming belt replaced and when i looked at it it was really tight but for some reasion when i went t go drive it, it drove fine until it seems like it skipped a tooth to i went back and check it and it was still tight as hell. It's missing all over the place then i replaced my dis/cap and rotor and wires and plugs and its still doing it. Any ideas?
