guys anybody, me and my friend have a little bet . He bet me i cant run a twelve second pass with the changes that iam going to do to my crx with a stock b16a in it first off let me tell you a little bit about the car the setup as of right now is a stock b16a with cam gears ,reprogramed ecu , lightened stock flywheel with a act full clutch itr headers , iam running a fuel pump with a gallon fuel cell on vp red race gas . THE CAR it self is super light it weighs 1700lbs with me in it fiber glass doors and front end fully gutted so this is not a street car and iam running on m&h 22inc slicks .At current date the fastest it has run was 13.09s ,13.08s .I have gsr cams i havent installed yet i also have header wrap for the headers iwas also thinking about trying one of those ctr crank pulleys single drive ones. so iam open to all suggestins to get me in the twelves iam not trying to spend a whole lot of money as you can tell. BTW the bet is on for next month that when iam running the car again. thanks in advance.

after all that and you still think you have 2 headers?

 

i dont think the gsr cams are gonna do you much good. You should get a ctr intake cam and some tuning and you might be able to break in the twelves.

 

I heard the gsr cams will give me about five thats all i really need i hope.

 

there is a post on here where somone dynod both of the on a b16 and the b16 cams beat the gsr cams

thanks for the info . iam also wrapping my itr headers and thinking about changing the crank pulley to one of those ctr crank pulleys.then iam going to dyno to see if it makes the hp i want.

 

Drop my engine in your 1700 lb. car and you have 12's for sure
