Default CTR mirrors wiring diagram? help?

Since I might have my car for another month or two, I want to wire up my CTR mirrors, I have the complete mirror, switch, relay. Does anyone have a diagram on how to wire these up? I see a diagram provided from pwjdm if you purchase a set of CTR mirrors so if anyone has that please scan it for me . Also will I need to purchase a stock harness for 96-00 civics that have powered mirrors? This will be going on a 99 DX hatch (non powered mirrors)

any help is appeciated!! Yes I searched and found a few things but doesn't seem to be what I need.

do you have the switch with the green plug in a single row? or the milky white plug with 2 rows of pins? i think there's 8 wires. i have a digram to wire it if you have the green plug... i'm in the process of mine but i'm lacking 2 pins for the door hinge since my driver's side mirror has 3 wires from the mirror to the hinge where i need 5 wires... the passenger side's fine.

for those of you who have done this, did you add pins to your door harness? how did you run the wires? just curious... i'm hunting down pins.
