Post up your aftermarket HID pics.... where you mounted the ballasts, night & day shots, and which kit, and bulbs you got 4300, 6k, 8k etc...

 

 

And those are???? I just installed my phillips 6k but they are hella bright but jus a lil blue/purple

mine are x-tech 5000k, i put my ballas on the very sides of under the hood half way under the little edge trip (if that makes any sence, haha)

 

Catz 4300K No install pics though. Doing a retro fit soon

ill have to post a pic soon.. i got the mcculloch 10,000k kit and they are super blue/ purplish lol even though light output is diminshed from the brighter temps like 4300k i still love them its different

so where did everyone mount their ballasts any pics??

 

I mounted my ballasts in the wheel wells above the liner. Great spot for mounting, and the ignitors are under the hood.

has anybody had their 8k mcculloch kit start turning whiter the longer they had it? my friend has the kit and it's less blue then when he first bought it (only a few months ago)

Well with mine's i can see just fine, it beats the stock lights anytime thanks for your input
