Right rear hop

Right rear hop
I have a 99 civic ex stock suspention so far and when ever i got on a high speed corner or a small hill the rear of my car seams to jump to the right. It is freakin me out cuz i think someing is broken but i checked it out and everything seems ok but any help would be apreshated.

Does this happen with road irregularities? Sounds like springs might be worn or the shocks are blown.
