How can i be able to tell the compression of my car. I am new to all motor and dont really know alot about it.
This is going to be my setup.
b16a- p & p head- ctr pistons( mabye .25 overbore because ive been hearing about that but i have no clue if it will fit in the stock block)- omni valvetrain(dual springs, retainers, and high compression valves)- buddyclub spec III cams- and i also dont know what rods to use.

If anyone can answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated.
