JDM GSR...
It's possible that you were sent an incorrect ECU, or an incorrect swap. Without really knowing what you're looking for, it's easy to confuse an OBD-1 and OBD-2 swap out of an Integra.
Obd2 shouldn't even been around in 1995, it didn't get used until 1996. Take a look at this link and see if you can identify your ECU. Jeremy

how can you tell what obd wiring is on your car? i know i have obd2 plugs on the firewall harness...and i was told jdm cars have obd1 wiring but have obd2 plugs.
on my sir-g swap its stamped april of '95..and p72-2.
