Smoking in VTEC ????????????????????? HELP

Default Smoking in VTEC ????????????????????? HELP
75k miles and I asked a friend to drive it down the block and when she switched over to the big lobe it was smoking out the tailpipe a little. Is this normal or should I be worried ? Please help

very normal, theres nothing to worry about. well before i say that what color was the smoke? most the cars smoke in vtec

From the distance i was it looked white/blue not black what does that mean ?

its oil burning which is normal for vtec especially if its a dohc. theres nothing to worry about.
