Default d16 clicking sound

Alright so the past couple of weeks when i turn over the engine i'm getting a quiet clicking that changes with the revs (higher revs=faster clicking till i can't hear it anymore). So i popped the hood and i could feel a vibration on one of the spark plug wires. So my question is this a loose spark plug? a sign of a valve-adjustment needed? something going bad on the bottom end?

Try tightening the spark plugs but I doubt it is that. Couple be a valve tapping. How many miles are on the car?

do a valve adjusment. and are u sure its a tapping and not a light ping? if ur absoluetly sure, just adjust the valves and ull be good.
if its a ping, most likely time for new bearings and/or complete bottom end rebuild.

I hope its not a bottom end issue. I'll do a valve adjustment and see if that cures it. And its def a clicking sound...no pings. I'm sure my exhaust system is sound. Header back has less than 8k miles on it

How loud are each of these sounds? Any way to check if its one or the other?
