Pics of MIG welded manifolds?
Looks like I may have to use my Miller Cricket XL MIG welder to make my manifold due to lack to funds. Obviously its not going to look anywhere near as good as tig but id like to see some other peoples work

hey thanks
here's a few pics, I need to upload other ones but you can get the idea. These are continuous beads, well I do 3rds or quarters at a time on the butt welds. Apearance is important but to me reliability is the #1 concern for a weld joint. I have never had a manifold break but have since improved my technique so Im sure they are even stonger now. Practice and actually thinking about why things happen as you weld are key

Thanks. I haven't really welded mild pipe other than thin aluminized for exhaust and charge pipes so I'm not really sure. Everybody says stainless welds better though because of less contamination. It's louder Miging stainless and a ton more spatter
Pops pretty good sometimes, lol.
