Default Low idle and bad acceleration

Its been like this for a while but I can still drive from point A to point B as long as I'm careful.

My idle after my engine warms up is near 0.. maybe 1/10k rpms. When I first start it its at 1k but goes down.

When ever I acclerate faster than average my engine feels like its stalling.. kinda bucks a little until I left off the gas.

It's really annoying and would like to resolve this situation.

Any help would be great!

Thanks in advance,
-Kevin

adjust your idel on your TB. also try ajdusting your FITV right under your TB, search for FITV if u need to see what it looks like or where its at. also is your timing corret?

timing gun, there are several ways, does your buddy who helped u earlier know how? , also the idel adjust is on the TB , your not actually adjustng the TB its a flat tip screw up there. turn it with the car on and see if it helps it out. turn it left to make it idel higher

Okay I replaced all the spark plugs and my car runs fine , but only 95% of the time.

So i am going to replace the wires and plugs and see if it fixes the problem completely.

I looked at the TB for a whole minute searching in vain but I cant find it . I searched in archives but all the pictures are broken so if someone can take a picture and point it out to me that would be great.
My car still idles at pretty much .1 rpms and at redlights sometimes it feels like its going to stall.

Have you thought about fuel pressure? I have the same problems when under acceleration sometimes. Especially up hills, or in a lower part of a gear. Like if I'm in 4th at like 3500 rpm and I punch it it kinda bogs a little.

yeah.. that was my first thought.. "fuel pump has gone bad".. but my friend said it was the TPS... but then I replaced the spark plugs and it works alright for now.. but I can feel it slowly getting worse.

Today, When I turned on the AC on HIGH, it started bogging like crazy till i turned it off and gave it a little gas.

Can low idle ruin spark plugs?

low idle won't hurt your plugs. did you ever check your timing?

the idel screw is a small flat tip, face the opening of your TB and its on that side. the part that opens up.

well I just checked all my CEL's.

67: Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold malfunctioning or defective catalyst system

73: Cylinder 3 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire

74: Cylinder 4 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire

So searching and reading, figured the best place to start is to buy new wires/caps/rotors. *fingers crossed

The CEL 67 is b/c my exhaust has a huge hole in it from rust APEXI N1
