My car is 10 years old and it's getting a nice transplant. My question is, what size fuel pump do I need?

B18c1 w/LS crank
Compression ~11.5

Probably run somewhere around 200-220whp.

Even if I don't need an upgraded fuel pump, I'd like to swap this out, so suggestions please. If I don't need a more powerful fuel pump, should I stick with stock or go with walbro?

You'll need a bigger pump. A walbro 190lph will do but i'd get a 255lph.

Can I just swap out my OEM pump for a higher flow pump... or do I need to buy an FPR or something to go along with it?

 

you can just swap it out with your OEM. A FPR is not needed but could help a little.

A stock integra/civic fuel pump should be fine.
If you do go aftermarket, go with a 190lph for an n/a setup under 250 whp
