Default Input Needed

I have a 00 civic si. The car wont start and a sensor test shows that they are receiving a 10v reference voltage instead of 5v. I think the voltage regulator in the ecu is toast. Need some input on the subject.

I thought the voltage regulator was in the Alt... any codes?

Thats a different voltage regulator. There is also one in the ecu. Your ecu is powered directly by the battery and it uses a regulator to drop the 12v to a 5v reference voltage sent to all the sensors
