if your getting a swap for considerably much less than what hmo is offering then get them. I've checked out their longblocks before (50 dollar diffence from hmo) but hmo's looked way cleaner.
I personnally kno the guys that do swaps there...I know the owner for a long time now. The shop was run by the two brothers but now has since split up. The brother who left whos name is Raymond is the only guy that I trusted with my car. Jimmy, the owner of the shop is a great guy and know his stuff, but Raymond is the certified honda mechanic and knows his stuff. If you want to get the swap done, go to Raymonds new shop called R1 Motorsports. Its located in the city of Alhambra. PM for more details...

There prices are not high there prices are just right. I was charged $500 for labor and that included everything...from flanges for my exhaust to fluids and plug wires...Raymond does very GOOD work. You can always get cheaper...no doubt about that! But when it comes to quality work you will understand what I say. he gurantees all his work and when ever you have a problem you can always come back and he will fix it. Just my opinion but good luck with your swap
Thanks for the info man. My girl know where alhambra is. Is there a website for R1, or is there a phone number u can give me? thanks
