Default Alignment bad after 2 alignment jobs. Please help.

About 6 months ago my car a 93 civic cx had perfect alignment. After changing the passenger side axle and going for a test drive the nut holding the lower ball joint together broke and the wheel was pushed back against the fender. I replaced the axle again and put a new ball joint in. Nothing in the suspention looked bent. I had an alignment done because after the incident the car would pull to the left. The people at the shop said they put the car in alignment but the problem persisted. I drove the car as is for a few months saiving money for another alignment. My new roomate works at an alignment shop and said he would take a look. He aligned it to spec and checked for damage and found none, yet the problem persists. Here are the alignment specs.

LF caster .85 before and after RF caster 1.01 before and after
camber .33 before and after camber .31 before .29 after
Toe .22 before .03 after toe .30 before .03 after
LR Camber .33 before .04 after RR camber -1.35 before -.96 after
Toe .22 before .12 after toe -.05 before .12 after

Please if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it. I paid for two alignments and still have the same problem. I have searched this issue and most people say it's the tie rods which are in good condition. Could it be the steering rack. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'd say check your steering rack but first check your bushings. Esp, the LCA inner bushing. Also, don't rely on just visual inspections to determine whether a component is bent. its been my experience that sometimes you actually have to pull the thing off and compare it side by side to a known good one, or at least measure it agains manufacturer specs in order to truly tell whether a component is bent or not.

ask your friend is they used sand bags or wutever for the driver side?? that might be the problem bcuzz when they do the alignment it will be perfect but when someone gets in it then its out of alignment so they use the sand bags to take the place of a person...i here from my instructors that some shops do that and some dont

if they are using the Hunter alignment rack, make sure when they adjust the front toe that they use the WinToe Procedure...

It was preformed by Visualiner alignment rack. I don't believe they used sandbags, but I don't believe that is the problem. It has something to do with the ball joint damage I think.
