(4:53 AM 2/13/2005) ANONIMOUS: Unfortunately, Im in a tough position, because I too purchased a head for a customer/friend in which it was supposed to have been portflow port and polished and have an upgraded valvetrain. It had neither and what sucks is that my friend is the type of guy that likes to avoid situations, though, spoon20 sent my friend a money order for roughly $400 to basically "be happy and be quite".. it was a tough situation because since I could not "prove" the head that was in question was the one I received from spoon20 (ie. anyone can switch out what is in the box that someone sends you, etc.) I couldnt say anything, as he threatened my company with defimation of character if I said anything publically. So, this is not public and I will deny everything if anything is brought up (ie. my screen name or company name or any direct/indirect reference to my company) as it could mean a legal issue. However, I thought you might find this interesting.

Though, again, I'm unable to say a word as my lawyer informed me not to make such public as it would be difficult to prove in court that the head I -did- receive from him, was indeed a head that I received from him.
