Default HELP!!!!

I changed white face gauges back to the stock black face and i was painting my bulbs red so that they look amber. Ok here is the thing when i was pullin the white gauges off i broke the water temp needle, i thought no biggie ill just put a new one on off another cluster did this and needle doesnt move is it broke for good or did i do somethin wrong when changing the needles please help dont know what to do thanks.

Do you have a helms? a multimeter? With those two things you should be able to figure out what the problem is. It sounds to me like you messed up your gauge, but i'm not in front of your cluster so I don't know. You'll have to figure it out. You said you had other clusters, why dont you plug one in and see if the temp gauge works.

I'm not too sure, but you should be able to just swap temp gauges (it may be one unit along with the fuel gauge) from one cluster to the other.

the other gauge i have is from a 6-8 so it wont fit and i already tried to use the temp but all it does it go all the way up to hot and stays there. the needle doesnt drop when i turn the car off it just sits up at hot
