My friend is looking at this thing called a vortex valve. it goes it the intake and "spins" the air, thus forcing more air inot the chamber before igniotoin, and this supposedly causes it to burn more efficiently, thus creating more power, or some other bs. I think its total BS, but wanted your guys' opinion. have you ever heard of something like this before?

if hes looking for less restricted air, just take the intake piping off.
