Nice car, but to be honest with you, I dont see $25k for that car. I struggled to get it for mine and i had a **** load more into it and proven power and track times.
But you might get lucky. Id be very negotiable on the price if you plan on selling it.
Just my opinion though. Dont get your panties in a bunch from my statement. i speak from experience.

With no mods he could probably get $16k-$18k and add a couple thousand for the mods. I'm thinking it could go for $18k-20k with some patients.
The mileage is relatively low, and it looks clean. Good luck with the sale.

id say more like 20ish . I deff wouldnt sell it under $20k, but $22k ish sounds like tops in my opinion.
Mine had like 40k on the odometer with a brand new built motor and all kinds of other goodies. People dont like to buy already modded cars, Esp turbo cars. Esp turbo cars on stock motors.
Its tuff man. Just be patient. It took me a while to sell mine. Once I had numbers on it, it went alot easier.

I don't have the dyno plot to post becasue it is at home (I am at college with the car at home also, off insurance and garged for the winter). But I do have the numbers. It put out 280 whp with 10 psi. I never race the car but I have talked to others with almost the exact setup and I am sure it will run 12's. Its a beautiful machine. Plus I put the brand new clutch and flywheel on about 3 days before I garaged it.
Asking WAY too much and i hope it has a built motor. If not you have only put like 6gs in the car their is no way you'll come close to 25k for the car. you picked it up for 19k i bet . Well good luck
My 2 cents is way to much for this one

Very nice R... $20K would be the max you could get. But it would be more likely a $18K deal or less to be on the realistic side.
But come across the right buyer and it should'nt be a problem for what your asking it for... I have sold bone stock Civic EG hatches for $6K and over 100K mi! They were excellent condition though...
