yes, reconnect the dimmer control....its required for most dash lighting to work.

heres a pic of what was taken out, what do i have to reconnect? I disconnected the plug that was pluged in the white piece

i believe you have to connect the whole entire thing back, so that your lights will come back on.

does the back thing in the back disconnect do u know? (i dont wanna force it if it doenst and break it) well i just took out my coin pocket out and connected the dimmer back, everything works.

I personally just pryed out that little box under the dimmer switch and pulled the harness down to connect it in that hole. I never use the dimmer switch so i shoved it in there and closed up the hole with cover.

Personally i love that little thing. Its perfect for my garage door opener.

This is what I would do; just tuck it back into the dash. Similar to what you have to do to retain factory keyless entry in a '96-98 Civic EX with an aftermarket head unit . . .

pull it out of the center section and do as was already stated. plug it in and push it back behind the dash and put the civer back over it.

LOL. Do you have a baby screwdriver as i like to call it? Pry that little box out with one and plug in the dimmer shove it in and put the cover back on lol.
