Ls swap into my 92 VX Hatch will my axles work ?
My question is will my stock axles work with the ls engine. I will get new axles eventually, but I found the complete swap for $1100 without the axles. Will my stock axles at least hold for a little while? Any adive would help.

Get teggy axles for your car. When I did my tranny, I noticed a ripped boot, the other was almost ripped, so I got two replacements. Got them wholesale from my connection at Parts slHut. So far they handle my LS with HDSS ACT clutch fine.

i wouldnt buy anything but autozone axles. it should be between 60 and 70 for the axle, plus 50 for a core which you get back once you bring them (your) old axles. then, if they break, bring it back and they give you a new one. last year i managed to break an axle on my d16 clear in half on the shaft. (oem axle). and they took it for a core. i think ive bought autozone axles for 4 cars, and had 1 actually break because my balljoint separated while driving. again, they took it back and i got a new one for free. saving money felt damn good that day
you will need 94+ teg or 99-00 si axles and intermediate shaft
