Also, it's interesting that he chose to autocross with the radio on. I've never seen the antenna up before in track pictures.

My second driver in my younger AutoX days used to always pick a upbeat song for his run to relax. It works for him because he gets better time then me and
his daily commuter is a pickup truck!

Last time I was out on track I had the radio blasting some tunes

But half way thru the session the CD started to skip so I had to shut if off

I autox with my radio on because we do an FM broadcast. I turn the volume down when I start, then turn it up as I finish to hear times, cone calls, etc.

Unless competeion is tight and I can't stand the extra antenna wind-resistance
