Default D16Z6 parts compatible with CX engine?

Just got a 95 CX HB. This thing is so freaking slow. Anyways, I have a D16Z6 with spun rod bearings, and a damaged head. It also has a header. My questions..

Is the header compatible with the CX engine?
Is the intake manifold and throttle body compatible with the CX engine?
If said parts are compatible, is any tuning going to be necessary to runs these parts on the motor safely?

I am just looking for a little more pep. This thing is going to be the daily driver, so I am not about to spend any money to "tune" an 8 valve.
TIA

Gains with bolt-ons will still be minimal on the D15B8. Find a functional Z6 head, along with a Y8 manifold and just an ebay header and you'll notice a world of difference all for a couple of hundred bucks. It's also very much worth the time to swap in the Z6 tranny assuming yours has one.

Yes, yes, and yes. You shouldn't have to take any precautions as these parts are bolt-ons and compatible with the ECU you have in there. I would suggest you get the tranny from that beotch. It'll do way more for you than any of the stock parts will, trust me, I know

Yes, I have the trans too. I read some more threads, and that looks like a real big helper. I figured the gains were minimal, I just need a little more so that I can atleast merge into traffic. If I switch to vtec that will cut the fuel economy drastically. I know I can't have my cake and eat it too, but dammit, this car is too f'ing slow.

Sad thing is today, it was a little windy, I was on the interstate and had it floored in fifth for almost 4 miles, only got up to 84mph.

If it makes you feel any better, I had a stock D15B8 with a messed up clutch in my ITR for a while. Talk about something that couldn't get out of it's own way.

I have been seeing some threads about the ITR exhaust. Does this system bolt right up?
