-- i tryed doing the ecu check from the 2p connector but i come to find out the connector is covered in foam which is like glued to the damn thing so idk how else to check it.. and idk if its a sensor/vacuum/or any other problem.... any help AT ALL will be well appreciated, thanks!!!!

The low idle could be due to a vaccume leak or your timing... and vtec on the f22 was not meant to "kick in hard" you have to remember it came out of a "luxury sedan" and honda designed it so you could not feel or hear the changeover. vs. lets say a "sporty car" like a gsr, or prelude where you can both hear & feel the changeover. thats about as much as i can help ya... good luck.
the first time vtec was working.. it work absolutely great, then all these problems started happening... but the 2p connector is like covered by this ****.. no clue what it is.. and it is blocking the ports where i put the 2 ends of the paperclip in... and yea
have you done all the simple things like check your Idle Air Control Valve?? and other random things that may effect your idle? Also when was your last tune up (plugs, wires, etc...) Start there...
