Default ITR headlights

hey guys new to posting but i've read some threads and know the rules...i searched and couldn't find anything on headlight brightness...im posting this in here because maybe being ITR or integra specific will get my question answered faster...anyways, my driver side headlight is dimmer then my passenger side on my '98 ITR...anyone know what could be wrong?? fuses are fine, bulbs are fine, connectors? (those white things the bulb attaches too) looks clean but not sure if looking clean matters...any suggestions?

when i say same brand, i mean phillips,ge, etc....

not 9006 9005 0r what not

and when you say dirty, what do you mean..... fading plastic dirty, that needs to be polished, or just dirt dirty?

if you have light emmitting, then i would think that it is not the connector.... if it were the connector i would think that the light would flicker on and off, because of the dirty connection....not be dimmer.......

what do the housings look like..... when the plastic gets weathered it sometimes turns yellowish..... that would make it look dimmer...... sometimes you can polish it out with rubbing compound and wax......

Did you try switching each bulb to the other side just to see if the problem follows?

Bust out the volt meter and see what the power is.
if the same then replace the bulbs.
If not the same power then you have a electrical issue to deal with
