Default Fuel pump upgrade

Hi, guys i was just wondering after what hp do you need to upgrade your stock GSR fuel pump?Thanks in advance.

Anything over 300 crank hp and the pump becomes marginal. That can vary depending on a pumps age and condition though.

If you have plans for anything over 250, it's a good idea to upgrade based simply upon the fact that it's too cheap and too easy to simply "leave out."

since i own a 95 integra, my fuel pump is going to be about 10 years old, just gonna change it for a new one: should i choose oem or aftermarket?
setup:
85.5 gsr block at 11.5 cr
stock stroke
portflow gsr head
ericks racing header
skunk2 manifold
bc 4
high flow rail + fuel pressure regulator
rc 370
70 mm throttle body

I'm putting down 190whp with a stock 91 HB fuel pump and prelude injectors... I'm already getting more than enough fuel as-is.

I plan on putting down at least 220, will the stock gsr pump workout?

Stock pump is certainly adequate but a 190lph Walbro pump is cheap in the classified section here ($78 or so) so you can't go wrong with that either.

Some say it is, others say it isn't. Make sure it's installed correctly with a new sock filter properly placed and it "shouldn't" be much louder than stock.
