Converting to OBDI

Converting to OBDI
Just had a quick question on converting from OBDIIB to OBDI. Besides the 5wire to 4wire (I have an HX), is there any other sensor or wiring related things I need to worry about....besides ecu or conversion ahrness...I already know that.
